Semi-supervised annotation approaches for scRNA-seq data

Addressing the reliability, robustness, and interpretability of single-cell RNA-seq annotation pipelines with semi-supervised learning. The resulting package, scAICME, identifies canonical marker expression patterns on top of the scverse ecosystem. Manuscript in preparation.

Software I help keep running

PLINK on Arch Linux

Package maintainer, AUR & BioArchLinux

I maintain the PLINK genetics toolkit for Arch Linux, in the AUR and as a member of the BioArchLinux consortium: builds against Intel MKL, dependency management, and keeping up with upstream.

Bioconductor

Contributor

A fix to core Bioconductor infrastructure: in S4Vectors, compar4_stable() ignored its fourth key, so quad matching silently dropped elements that shared the first three. I reported it and fixed it.

Zotero

Contributor

Quality-of-life work on the Zotero Android app for self-hosted setups, such as trusting user-installed certificate authorities in release builds without weakening security.
